Gluten-Free Store Owner Charges People For Browsing
This has got to be the strangest thing I have heard in a LONG time. A gluten-free store owner in Brisbane, Australia is now charging customers a $5 "cover charge" to enter her store.
Yup. She got tired of people coming in to her store to check out gluten-free goods, only to buy them online at a cheaper price. She notes that the $5 charge is deducted from your order total if you actually buy something, but still.
Would you go into a gluten-free store if they charged you money to get in?
