We piled into the car, collectively groaning as a family and made our way to the convention space for the Gluten & Allergen Free Expo. I don't know why I didn't think of it before, but realized as I walked into the expo that I would be sampling food and the last thing I wanted to do was eat. What can you do right?

I stopped at all of my favorite brands and you better believe I got some samples and crammed them into my face. The variety and quality of gluten-free foods was incredible. I had a couple of duds from companies I can't remember the name of, but for the most part everything was amazing.

All of the gluten-free beer brands were there via their distributors, and most everyone made a bee line for them since they were giving away free samples. My personal favorites at the expo were there too including Better Batter, Luna & Larry's Coconut Bliss, Kettle Cuisine, Sweet Ali's Bakery and Schar

After an hour of sampling, we left the expo and made our way to Sweet Ali's Bakery, which I'm officially obsessed with.
