Post Foods recently announced that they will be making changes to their Fruity and Cocoa Pebbles cereals starting in January.  The various Pebbles brand cereal will have lower sugar content of nine grams per serving and  will be cholesterol free, a source of vitamin D, low fat, and will be certified gluten-free. Of course, many of us on a gluten-free diet have already been eating Fruity and Cocoa Pebbles (I've definitely had a bowl here and there), but knowing that they will actually be gluten-free next year, is a huge boon and something Post should have done eons ago. I can only hope that other companies will start following suit...this means you Kellogg's!
