I had one of those days at work that I could only describe as something close to psychological warfare.  Seriously, it was one of those days where hiding under your desk and jabbing a spork into your leg repeatedly would seem like a good time.  After being worn down by the day, I wanted nothing more than to go home, scoop up the little one and let my brain melt while watching reality TV.

What I discovered when I got home, was am amazing variety of treats from Katz Gluten Free!  It seriously changed my whole mood and perked me up immediately.  I haven’t had a chance to try most of the stuff (although a taste of the chocolate chip cookies was promising!), but I’m working on some ideas for a great sandwich to try on their CHALLAH bread.  I haven’t had challah bread in years, so I’m REALLY excited about trying it.
