There are some thing I really miss since going gluten-free, like croissants and baklava, but I can honestly say that I don't really miss pizza. There are so many gluten-free pizza restaurants to choose from, and many of them make really good pizza, like Rowayton in Darien. I found out about them through Toozy Patza Pizza, the owners are apparently the same (or affiliated) and Rowayton is a heck of a lot closer to me than Wilton, so I decided to give it a try. First of all the location is primo, they are right next to the water, they have outdoor seating and you can BYOB/W, which makes them very, very popular. On top of that, they have a high volume of gluten-free pizza orders coming in because the pizza is really pretty darn good! I try to stop by at once a month, and would go more often if it didn't mean extra time at the gym for me. :) Check out my video for a very informal review of the pizza, and my pipe dream to someday own a Pizza Fusion!
