Tried it -really nothing special. The cookie part is overly sweet with a gummy consistency and very mild chocolate flavor (too mild really). The vanilla ice-cream was was smooth and creamy, but weak on vanilla flavor.

I only wish they made gluten free versions of these kind of ice cream sandwiches: http://chilloutvan.com/images/IceCreamSandwich.jpg. I have a soft spot in my heart for them because I ate them all the time when I was little. At least we still have Julie's!

We love these!!! They are actually so much better than the regular Julie's organic ice cream sandwich, the cookie part in the gluten free one's is the real winner!!
