I recently traveled on air france and found the gluten free meal very good-- the fish was fresh and tasted good--- not overly salty; you could actually taste it. the carrot salad with chicken was good...fresh, nutritious. And the apple raisin "thing" was a baked apple (not dehydrated) with raisins and honey. I don't know why people who have to eat gluten free feel they have to complain about food so much. Maybe because it is fresh and not sugared or salted down (usually) it doesn't appeal to the taste buds much. Leave it to the french to keep food honest, though. I applaud them!
